Whether you are a beginner or an experienced artist, this process can open up your creativity and spark a more intuitive approach to art making. This workshop is taught over 3 sessions July 10, July 17 and July 24. All sessions will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Participants will have a chance to create up to 10 (or more) monoprints during the first session. In the second session, use prints from session 1 to create an 8×10 piece of art using several prints in one piece. Third session you will be using prints from Session 1 to learn negative painting techniques to create a 12×12 piece of art. Cost is $50.00 per session ($45 Artist Member Rate)/All Three Sessions for $135 (Artist Member Rate is $125), materials included. Class limited to 8 students (5 minimum). Must be 16 or older.
