December 5 - 6, 2025 – The Rockford Preservation Society invites you to the Annual Candlelight Christmas in Rockford. Don’t miss the 34th year of this Christmas tradition led by Dr. Gena Poovey, Professor of Music at Limestone University in Gaffney, SC, and sponsored by The Rockford Preservation Society, Inc. The event will start at 7:00 p.m. each night at Rockford Methodist Church in the Historic Village of Rockford. Refreshments will be served following both programs. Shuttle van service will be available beginning at 6:00 p.m. from the Rockford Baptist Church parking lot provided by YVEDDI. Perlie Chic Boutique, located in the 1850 Dudley Glass Store/Davenport Gallery, will be open before the programs for your shopping delight.
